Dynamic Customer Service Administrator required!
At Principal Resourcing our Administrators are more that just Administrators! Customer Service is key to the success of the business and we are seeking a dynamic, positive person who can not only data process, but can also be an ambassador in promoting a high level of customer service to our clients. The role would suit someone with experience in front of house, reception or being the face of a company.
Principal Resourcing are a leading education recruitment business covering Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
The role of customer service administrator involves being an ambassador for the company through face to face and telephone tasks with education professionals, liaising with teachers and school business managers on a daily basis, processing data both paper and computer based whilst following data protection procedures. Meeting and greeting candidates seeking work both internally and externally in universities, job fairs and exhibitions. The role is diverse and gives the opportunity to use an abundance of skills working as part of a busy team, but also having your own individual responsibilities.
We are seeking someone with at least 1 years recent experience in Customer service and Administration who enjoys both menial, repetitive tasks and one off bespoke tasks.
Ideal candidate will:
- Possess a positive attitude and a dynamic personality.
- Be enthusiastic and pro active.
- Have excellent IT and communications skills.
- Be a meticulous worker with good time management.
- Good at using own initiative and following instructions
- Hold a full driving licence
