Principal Resourcing are recruiting for a confident and friendly Teacher of Humanities to work at one of our diverse partnership Academy Schools based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
The full-time role is available with immediate start and will be ongoing, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. You will collaborate effectively as part of a successful staff team to plan and deliver an engaging Humanities curriculum that caters to the individual needs of the pupils within your care.
The Secondary School aims to improve student achievement, develop character, create an academic culture and raise aspirations through outstanding daily practices. You will join the friendly staff team, working in collaboration to establish strong behaviour management in line with school policy, ensure active participation in lessons and support positive progression in your subject.
We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers. You can expect to be paid up to £230 per day depending upon your experience and the role requirements.
Skills and attributes:
- Relevant qualifications – QTS Teaching qualification (PGCE, SCITT, MEd, Cert. Ed etc.) or equivalent
- Previous experience of delivering curriculum subjects up to GCSE and A-Level
- A proactive team member, committed to raising standards and achievement
