The role of an SEN teacher can be challenging but very rewarding and with small class sizes gives you the opportunity to educate individually, catering to the pupil’s individual/additional needs.

SEN teachers may work with individuals who are physically disabled, sensory impaired (i.e. hearing or vision impairment), have speech and language difficulties such as dyslexia, have a mental disability such as autism, are emotionally vulnerable, have behavioural difficulties or have a combination of these disabilities.
Principal Resourcing are able to provide relevant SEN awareness training, giving you an insight to the rewarding role of SEN teacher and have a number of schools and services seeking passionate and caring teachers on a long term and day to day basis.
Principal Resourcing are working in partnership with several Local Education Authorities on the framework providing quality staffing provision throughout the region.
