All our Cover Supervisors complete our in house training ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools to face the challenges that a classroom presents.
Our Invigilators are trained to understand the importance of carrying out the requirements of the assessment to the letter and to follow all instructions set by the centre and the board.
As an independent agency we can offer bespoke pricing and we also encourage schools to look at “collective buying
power” when working as part of a cluster or a MAT. We offer discounts and a range of benefits for those schools
wishing to become a partnership school.
Quality Support and CPD
At Principal Resourcing, we appreciate that the key to maintaining our quality service is the retention of our quality staff. We regard professional development and support as essential so we offer an extensive portfolio of workshops from classroom management to specific special educational needs. In addition our experienced trainers can observe candidates in longer term placements and provide feedback for the candidate and the school or setting. SEN & Alternative Provision
We have a long history of successful SEN placements at many schools, units and services for a range of special needs. We have staff who have years of experience of re-engaging pupils through both curricular and vocational teaching/support.
