  • Quality service reviews are issued each term to clients and any comments or suggestions are viewed by the dedicated consultant, manager and directors.

Response Times

  • Within 15 minutes for immediate same day cover.
  • Next day cover to be confirmed by 4.30pm to allow teachers who are working that day to respond.
  • Long-term bookings to have appropriate CVs sent over within 24 hours (unless immediate start).

Hours

Our office is staffed between 7.00am and 5.30pm and we offer an out of hour’s service. You can call the office number 24/7 with a booking or query.

We work closely with all of our client schools to ensure we can supply our candidates with sufficient information such as the behaviour policy etc.

Access to Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs)
We work closely with a number of Colleges and Universities to ensure you have access to all NQTS.

Cover Supervisors
All our Cover Supervisors complete our in house training ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools to face the challenges that a classroom presents.

Examination Invigilators
Our Invigilators are trained to understand the importance of carrying out the requirements of the assessment to the letter and to follow all instructions set by the centre and the board.

Pricing

As an independent agency we can offer bespoke pricing and we also encourage schools to look at “collective buying
power” when working as part of a cluster or a MAT. We offer discounts and a range of benefits for those schools
wishing to become a partnership school.

Quality Support and CPD

At Principal Resourcing, we appreciate that the key to maintaining our quality service is the retention of our quality staff. We regard professional development and support as essential so we offer an extensive portfolio of workshops from classroom management to specific special educational needs. In addition our experienced trainers can observe candidates in longer term placements and provide feedback for the candidate and the school or setting. We hope that this additional line of support will be welcomed by our colleagues as a mark of supporting both candidates and schools in ensuring that learning is effective.

SEN & Alternative Provision
We have a long history of successful SEN placements at many schools, units and services for a range of special needs. We have staff who have years of experience of re-engaging pupils through both curricular and vocational teaching/support. Whether the requirement is to support children with emotional behavioural difficulties, or those with profound and multiple learning difficulties. We provide specific pupil interventions with qualified teachers and specialist learning support staff for a range of intervention tactics including:

  • Small group/peer group tuition
  • Booster sessions/Revision classes
  • Holiday programmes
  • Additional support for looked after children
