We are seeking a friendly and supportive Teaching Assistant to work closely with pupils across key stages 3/4, enabling positive progression and confidence building across a range of curriculum subjects.

You will work under the guidance of the SEND Leader to implement agreed work programmes and intervention strategies, with individuals or groups of SEND students both in and out of the classroom. The full-time role may include assisting the teacher in their planning and management/preparation of resources and has the potential to become permanent for the right applicant.

The Secondary School based in Pudsey (LS28), are seeking a confident individual that will act as a key worker for a small group of students, liaising with teaching staff and parents to ensure good communication and effective learning, behaviour, attendance and progress.

You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role depending on experience.

 

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant with:

  • A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting SEN pupil progression.
  • A caring, compassionate and nurturing approach.
  • Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
  • Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
