Completing your induction with Principal Resourcing

We understand how critical your first years are as an Early Career Teacher. We’ll do everything we can to support your experience and help you get exactly what you need.

Depending on when you qualified, your induction will be equivalent to either 1 or 2 academic years. Your induction can be broken down into terms, meaning you need to complete either 3 or 6 terms in one school. Alternatively, you can work in multiple schools, completing 1 term in each school.

Supply teaching also counts towards your induction. Any work through Principal Resourcing will count towards your induction, if you complete a minimum of 1 term. Induction placements need to be arranged with the school before commencement.

Our experienced consultants will create a personal profile to proactively sell your skills and experience. We’ll speak to our client schools and secure your ideal position to complete all or part of your induction.
