Michelle was one of the original directors when the business was incorporated in 2004 and became the sole owner in 2021. Since then, her focus and commitment has been to ensure the business becomes/remains completely people focused. Michelle firmly believes that the “people“ are the companies most important asset and building a business where everyone feels valued is her mission.

Tracy Allen

Senior Company Compliance and HR Manager

Tracy also joined the business at its incorporation in 2004. Having worked her way up though the company, she now supports Michelle on a day-to-day basis with the running of the business as well as overseeing the HR duties for the company. Her experience is invaluable to the smooth running of the business.

Andrew joined the company 3 years ago as finance manager. Andrew qualified as chartered account 36 years ago and keeps all things finance right for the company with his attention to detail.

Kerry Holt

Candidate Development and Wellbeing Manager

Kerry offers training, development and mentoring to our candidates. She delivers bespoke training to those new to education who are wanting to make the step “into the classroom” and also offers a range of CPD for our established professionals. She shares her 13 years’ experience as a teaching assistant throughout the training as well as her natural emphatic demeanour. Kerry is also a trained counsellor and provides a range of wellbeing mentoring to staff and candidates. Kerry is a huge asset to the company.

Cover Supervisor Trainer & Mentor

Craig is a co business owner of A;I for education who specialise in inspiring young people to achieve their potential. With his 15 years’ classroom experience as a Cover Supervisor, Craig delivers our comprehensive cover supervisor training for candidates wishing to “get into the classroom“. Craig works with Kerry to ensure our candidates receive comprehensive training which ensures that they can fit in to a variety of roles in most classroom settings.

With her experience supporting consultants and administrative skills she is an extremally versatile member of the team

Kate is the backbone of the Leeds team be it selling to schools, attracting candidates or clearing candidates for work. Kate epitomises versatility in the workplace.

Amy has displayed the utmost diligence during her time at Principal after starting out as an admin assistant. Her attention to detail was soon apparent and now in her 9th year at Principal, she thrives heading up the compliance team for Leeds.
