Principal Resourcing are working alongside a secondary school based in York, to recruit for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a part-time role commencing January 2026 or sooner if you are able. The would like someone who is able to work 3 full days between 8.30am and 3.30pm but there is flexibility as to what these days are.
If you are considering this position, then you must have GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent to) as the role will involve supporting students with English/Literacy and Numeracy.
This role requires a confident and resilient person who can deal with students effectively in situations that may require the use of diplomacy and tact; flexibility is also vital in order to meet the demands of a busy school. While full training will be provided, experience would be an advantage.
