Principal Resourcing are welcoming skilled and confident Cover Supervisors to bring their classroom expertise to the forefront, enabling students to thrive across our partnership Secondary Schools and Academies in Leeds and the surrounding area.
As an experienced Cover Supervisor, you will provide daily cover with availability of 3 days per week or more and be willing to travel across the city of Leeds. You will understand the value of strong behaviour management, engaging lessons, and supporting pupils to stay on track.

What You’ll Do:
- Seamlessly lead pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
- Confidently manage behaviour and keep students focused and motivated
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
- Support students using your existing experience and strategies
- Work closely with teaching staff and SLT to ensure continuity in learning
