Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant, fluent in Dari?

We have a wonderful opportunity for a friendly and confident Teaching Assistant to join the staff team at one of our partnership Secondary Schools based in Leeds (LS6).

The position is available with immediate start and will provide ongoing 1:1 support for a Dari speaking student that requires support managing their learning across the key stage 3/4 curriculum. You will ideally have experience in a similar role and must be fluent in Dari to meet the personalised needs of the student within your care.

Requirements:

  • A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Fluent in spoken Dari.
  • Confidence, inclusivity, and a genuine passion for supporting pupil development.
  • Strong subject knowledge with a solid understanding of the UK curriculum.
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure, or willingness to apply for one through us.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (please note, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship).
