What You’ll Be Doing
As an Achievement Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in their learning and development
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
- Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and achievement
- Promote positive behaviour and support pupils’ wellbeing

What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
- A passion for supporting children and young people
- A positive, patient and inclusive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
- An enhanced DBS disclosure, or willingness to obtain one through us
- The right to work in the UK (please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
