Here at Principal Resourcing, we are recruiting for a passionate and engaging English Teacher to join one of our vibrant Secondary Schools based in the WF1 area of Wakefield.
The full-time role is expected to become permanent and will provide teaching cover for students 5 days per week across key stage 3-5 from September 2025, although a later start date of January 2026 may be considered for the right applicant.

We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teacher, offering competitive rates of pay up to £230 dependent on experience.
We are seeking a Teacher with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
