We have a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing and passionate Teacher to join the Early Years Classroom at one of our welcoming Primary Academies based in Scarborough. You will be responsible for the delivery of engaging and exciting learning opportunities for pupils across the EYFS Classroom, working in partnership with the existing staff team to engage pupils in learning and aid progression. The full-time role is expected to commence January 2024, although an earlier start date may be considered for the right applicant.
The Primary School offers a vibrant and inclusive place of learning, where pupils and staff are friendly, welcoming and happy to part of a positive school community. The School are seeking to appoint a warm and caring Teacher to join their smaller than average classroom, catering for a mixed class of EYFS & KS1 pupils in nurturing surroundings. You will work in collaboration with a full-time teaching assistant to meet the learning and development needs of children within your care and ensure a safe and supportive environment for learning.
We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers, you can expect to earn up to £230 per day depending on experience. The school offer excellent ECT mentor support and are happy to fully support ECT induction for newly qualified Teachers.
We are seeking a Teacher with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
