We are seeking to appoint a confident HLTA to join one of our wonderful Primary Academies based in Bradford on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality learning and lesson delivery in the Teachers absence, placing emphasis on positive progression, consistency in learning and instilling strong behaviour management.
The Primary Academy are looking to recruit a friendly and engaging Higher Level Teaching Assistant to provide PPA cover, and deliver tailored interventions for pupils across the KS1/2 curriculum under the guidance of the Class Teacher and Senior Leadership Team. The role is expected to commence January 2025 and has the potential to become permanent for the right applicant.
Suitable candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and hold a minimum of Level 3 in Teaching and Learning Support or equivalent.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role, we offer competitive rates of pay dependent on experience and the role requirements.
We are seeking candidates with:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
- Previous experience delivering lessons in the Teachers absence is desirable
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
