We are seeking to appoint a part-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver lessons across key stages 1 and 2 in the Teachers short-term absence and PPA cover. You will be confident implementing effective learning strategy, engaging pupils at all levels and managing classroom behaviour.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Level 3 TA or ECT to expand their professional skillset and further develop their knowledge of the National Curriculum!
The Primary School based in Pontefract (WF8) are looking for an inspirational and ambitious individual to join their staff team, becoming part of the whole school community with immediate start. The role will initially be on a fixed-term basis to meet the needs of the school, but has the possibility of extension for the right applicant.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role, salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
We are seeking candidates with:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- ECT’s are welcome to apply.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
