Here at Principal Resourcing, we have a unique opportunity for a part-time KS1 Teacher to join one of our friendly Primary Schools based in Brough with immediate start.

The position will provide teaching and learning support for KS1 pupils 5 afternoons per week, 1.15pm-3.30pm to meet the needs of the school until the October half term. There is the possibility of extension depending on the needs of the school.

The Primary School offers a safe and nurturing place of learning, aiming to provide the very best education for pupils through a challenging and enriching curriculum that promotes respectful relationships, positive progression and creativity for children of all abilities.

We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers and offer competitive rates of pay up to £230, depending on your experience and the role requirements.

Your role as a Teacher:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons that engage students in learning & build confidence.
  • Adapt to the diverse needs of students within your care.
  • Maintain strong classroom management & promote high standards for learning.
  • Plan, deliver and assess student progression across the curriculum.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a positive and child-centred staff team.

We are seeking a Teacher with:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
  • Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
  • Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
