Here at Principal Resourcing, we have a fantastic opportunity for a caring and friendly Learning Support Assistant to join the staff team at one of our welcoming Primary Schools based in Bradford (BD2).
You will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of pupils with a range of SEND needs, ensuring suitably adapted interventions and support to meet their diverse needs. The full-time position is available with immediate start for the right applicant and will be ongoing to meet the needs of the school, part time applications may be considered.
The Primary School are seeking applicants with a calm and reassuring approach, confident in behaviour management and intervention strategy to enhance learning and participation. They offer a range of support and training opportunities for staff and encourage positive relationships and effective communication to establish and maintain a high quality educational experience for staff and pupils.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role, depending on your experience and the role requirements.

We are seeking an LSA with:
- A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
