We are seeking a friendly and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work closely with pupils aged 11-18 years at one of our partnership Secondary Academies and Sixth-forms based in Bradford (BD3).
The position is expected to commence September 2025, although an earlier start date may be considered for the right applicant.
You will be confident supporting learners from KS3-KS5, enabling positive progression and confidence building across a range of curriculum subjects. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, although not essential. Suitable applicants must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
The diverse Secondary School is part of the Red Kite Learning Trust, centred on a positive educational experience that promotes respectful relationships, confidence and academic success for all students. You will join a passionate staff team, working in collaboration to support student learning and understanding in the mainstream classroom and on a small group or 1:1 basis as directed by the Senior Leadership Team and Teaching staff.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role depending on experience.
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant with:
- A full and relevant L3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
- A caring, compassionate and nurturing approach.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
