Principal Resourcing are seeking to appoint a confident and motivated Religious Studies Teacher to join one of our inclusive Secondary Academies based in the cathedral city of Wakefield. The full-time role is expected to commence early January 2025 and has the potential to become permanent for the right applicant.
The welcoming Secondary School is part of the Outwood Academy Trust and prides itself on excellent teaching and the highest standards of behaviour and achievement for pupils. You will become part of a thriving and supportive staff tea, engaging students in Religious Studies across the KS3/4 curriculum.
We encourage applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers, you can expect to earn up to £230 per day for this role depending on experience.
We are seeking a Teacher with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
- A reflective and positive attitude towards teaching and learning
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
