Here at Principal Resourcing, we have a wonderful opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partnership Primary Schools based in Grimsby with immediate start. You will join the Early Years Classroom, providing full-time support for young children with a range of additional needs.

The welcoming Primary School are seeking applications from kind and nurturing practitioners, with a passion for supporting the learning needs of pupils across the EYFS/KS1 classroom. You must be confident adapting learning to meet their needs, providing stimulating and challenging activities and working as part of a strong staff team to enable active participation in group activities and 1:1 interventions.

We offer competitive rates of pay up to £100 per day, depending on experience.

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant with:

  • A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience supporting SEN learners.
  • Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
  • Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
  • Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
