Here at Principal Resourcing, we are seeking to recruit a passionate SEND Learning Support Assistant to join the staff team at one of our partnership Secondary Schools based in Bradford.
You will become part of a strong staff team, focused on high-quality learning and adaptive provision for pupils with a range of SEND from September 2025.
Applications from full-time applicants and part-time applicants seeking a job share will be considered.
The Secondary School offers a strong community of learning, set in historic surroundings. Pupils are nurtured to become respectful, polite individuals with a good understanding of the National Curriculum. Staff set high expectations across all subjects and promote a supportive and inclusive environment for learning.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role dependent on experience.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting SEND pupil progression.
- Ability to adapt learning to meet the unique needs of learners.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
