We have a unique opportunity for a confident and knowledgeable Teacher of Sociology/Psychology to join one of our thriving Secondary Academies on a part-time basis with immediate start. You will join a welcoming school community, focused on inspirational, positive learning that encourages pupils to thrive and develop confidence in a range of subjects.
The Secondary School based in Wakefield are seeking a confident Sociology/Psychology Teacher to join their staff team 3 days per week, ideally working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to meet the learning needs of students and support the department. The school aim to nurture academic, personal, spiritual and social development to enable students to achieve to their full potential.
We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers, you can expect to earn up to £230 per day for this role.
We are seeking a Teacher with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
