Here at Principal Resourcing, we have a wonderful opportunity for a full-time Teacher of Drama to join one of our vibrant Secondary Academies based in Wakefield (WF5). You will join a supportive staff team, focused on exciting and innovative teaching strategy that engages students of all abilities and enables positive progression across the Drama curriculum. Previous experience delivering Drama at key stages 3 and 4 is desirable, although not essential.
The Secondary Academy are seeking a friendly Drama Teacher to join their school with immediate start until at least Easter half term, this may be extended for the right applicant. The Academy are proud to offer a high-quality and child centred learning experience for all students, with strong focus on resilience, wellbeing and positive relationships. We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers, you can expect to earn up to £230 per day for this role depending on experience.
We are seeking a Teacher with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
