Principal Resourcing have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and engaging Teacher of English to join one of our supportive Secondary Schools based in Bradford.
The full-time role will initially be on a temporary basis and is expected to commence January 2024, there is the potential of a permanent role for the right candidate.
The School are seeking to appoint an ambitious, innovative and highly skilled practitioner with the ability to support learners to make excellent progress in one of the Core Subjects. You will report directly to the Director of English and be expected to support the strategic direction and development of the faculty across all areas and exam courses. The ideal candidate will be reflective in practice with a proactive approach to lesson planning and delivery, that provides an inclusive curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers, you can expect to earn up to £230 per day depending on experience.
Skills and attributes:
- Relevant qualifications – QTS Teaching qualification (PGCE, SCITT, MEd, Cert. Ed etc.) or equivalent
- A relevant BA/MA in related subject
- Previous experience of delivering curriculum subject up to GCSE and A-Level
- A proactive team member, committed to raising standards and achievement
- ECT’s are welcome to apply
- You must have Right to Work in the UK, we are unable to provide Visa Sponsorship
