Are you an energetic Teacher of PE looking for a new opportunity?
We are actively recruiting for a motivated and passionate Teacher of PE to join the staff team at one of our inclusive Secondary Academies based in Shipley. The full time position will initially be on a temporary basis to meet the needs of the department and is expected to become permanent for the right applicant.
The mixed comprehensive school caters for pupils aged 11-18, offering outstanding facilities and a state of the art learning environment. You will be responsible for teaching and supporting students across the key stage 3/4 PE subject, enabling active progression and engagement in PE and Sports lessons.
The PE and Outdoor Education Faculty is well managed and offers recently refurbished facilities with fantastic resources and equipment.
You can expect to earn up to £230 per day for this role depending on experience, we welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers.
We are seeking a Teacher with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
