Principal Resourcing are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join the welcoming staff team at one of our partnership Primary Schools based in Bradford, BD6. You will be responsible for supporting pupils across the Key Stage 2 classroom and during lunch period, there is also an expectation to support pupils on the school council as required. The full-time role is available with immediate start and is expected to become permanent for the right applicant.
The Catholic Primary School offers a warm and friendly educational environment, supported by strong Catholic values. You must be willing to support the schools ethos and be enthusiastic, working in collaboration with the existing staff team to ensure a kind, caring and supportive community where pupils feel valued and supported to thrive as confident individuals. You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role, depending on experience.
We are seeking a TA with:
- A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working at Key Stage 2 with children.
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and phonics knowledge.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting KS2 pupil progression.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
