Principal Resourcing are actively seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and engaging Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join the staff team on a full-time basis, at one of our welcoming Secondary Schools in Lincolnshire.
The position is available with immediate start and has the potential to become permanent for the right applicant.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality learning support for KS3/4 students, supervising lesson input and enabling effective communication with children and their families to support learning. Ideally, you will have the ability to build excellent rapport with students, engaging them in learning across a range of subjects.
The Secondary School offers a highly competitive and rigorous standard of education for students, with importance placed on effective support, excellent resources and equipment and extra-curricular opportunities to extend learning and deepen student knowledge. As a Level 2 TA, you will work in partnership with Teachers and other members of the Learning Support Team to support students with varying degrees of learning, behavioural, communication, social, sensory or physical difficulties.
The School are looking for someone with strong organisational, administration and inter-personal skills, who has a passion for working with and alongside young people, and can provide a key component of their network for intervention.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role depending on experience.
We are seeking a Level 2 TA with:
- A full and relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting KS3/4 pupil progression.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- Confident supporting pupils with SEND/SEMH needs.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
