CandidatesWe have a large candidate base of current and newly recruited NQTs and experienced teachers and support staff. Many are looking for long term and permanent placements in mainstream, alternative provision and special educational needs. We have specialists available for all subjects and key stages, full time or part time. All our current candidate base have had a face to face interview and have been thoroughly vetted by our compliance team. All new recruits will have had a virtual interview. In addition, all our dedicated consultants spend lots of their time getting to know their candidates and which environments suit them best. |

Safer RecruitmentFace to face interviews are not possible, nor safe at the moment. We have modified our procedure to ensure we can register by video call. All candidates are pre- registered before they are then interviewed by an experienced consultant. During this interview gaps in employment are discussed and training needs are highlighted to ensure all staff are up to date on the latest safeguarding, and are offered access to our comprehensive portfolio.
