TIME TO TALK DAY

TIME TO TALK DAY

Thursday 3rd of February is Time to Talk Day

Time to talk is the nations biggest mental health conversation and its the day that families, friend and workplaces come together to talk, listen and change lives.

At Principal Resourcing we want our team to be comfortable speaking about mental health whenever they want.

We are holding several events to get our team talking on Thursday and are also privileged to have Kerry Holt, our trained counsellor available to our staff for confidential welfare chats.

We are pleased to announce that Kerry will also be shortly offering sessions to our candidates via teams. Further details will follow soon.

Why Time to Talk Day is important

  • One in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem in any given year.
  • We want everyone to feel comfortable talking about mental health – whenever they like.
  • Talking about mental health reduces helping to create supportive communities where we can talk openly about mental health and feel empowered to seek help when we need it.
  • Opening up the conversation about mental health problems is important – by talking about it, we can support ourselves and others.
