Principal Resourcing took part in the Government Kickstart Scheme over the past year. The Scheme helped people back into work with training and employment skills.
We were lucky enough to recruit 3 excellent candidates with great talent, who through the Kickstart scheme moved on to permanent posts at Principal. All are now on their way to careers in the recruitment industry and have been an asset to both the teams in Hull and Leeds.
The Leeds Kickstart Scheme alone supported over 2000 young people into employment and the scheme has been a huge success Nationwide.
Although the scheme has now closed, this has opened up a gateway between employers, City Councils and DWP to continue to work together to get people into work!
