Over the coming months you may require short term staffing solutions and are concerned about bringing in agency staff.
To keep you and our candidates safe we are putting together “Supply Bubbles” depending on the needs of your school or academy. This means a team of candidates will be assigned to you, your cluster or trust who will only work for you and not elsewhere during the Autumn term. This is to keep contact to a minimum and ensure they do not visit a wide range of places, which is usually the norm. We are currently speaking with our candidates to find out who they would like to be assigned to.
We also have thorough policies in place in line with Government guidance and hope this reassures you.
