Due to the success of the Leeds Branch, we are seeking a new team member!
The Role of Recruitment Support Administrator is varied and fast paced, and requires an adaptable person used to the ever changing priorities of temporary recruitment.
Tasks will include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email and video call to assist with their requirements and providing a superlative level of service.
- Administration tasks in relation to the recruitment and vetting of candidates applying for roles in education.
- Assistance with placing candidates into assignments.
- Use of internal Customer Relationship Management System and accurate data inputting.
- Supporting Sales Team with bespoke tasks.
This role is flexible and we will consider individual circumstances when it comes to agreeing hours. We are ideally wanting someone part time, who thrives with early mornings and could help out from 7:00am during the week, with emergency school bookings. The Office is based in the Leeds City Centre and is an office based role.
The starting salary is negotiable but in the bracket of £25,000 to £28,000 FTE .
