Following on from World Mental Health Day on the 10th of October, we found some very useful hints and tips for a positive wellbeing.

Did you know that as a candidate of Principal Resourcing, you do have access to support for your Wellbeing and Mental Health through our Candidate Development and Wellbeing Manager, Kerry Holt, who is a trained counsellor and can offer you support and tools to cope during difficult times.

We would also like to share some very handy websites with a wealth of useful information.
