It was a pleasure to stop and have a cuppa and pastry today with our Hull Branch Compliance Team.
As a company, Our Compliance Team are responsible for safer recruitment throughout the candidate journey as well as creating and implementing policies and procedures in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.
This is a specialised role that requires a meticulous person with knowledge of KCSIE as well as excellent admin, communication and investigation skills. We are lucky to have the best in the business which includes Leah and Alice.
We wanted to share with you a little more about Leah Dearing, Hull Branch Compliance Manager who has been with the company 8 years and Alice Dobson, Compliance Administrator, who has just celebrated her first year.
What is your favourite part of the job?
