A huge thank you to all of our candidates who are having a very well deserved break this week as the first half term kicks in!
A split half term for the country sees half of our schools closed this week and the other half next week, with some schools opting to take two weeks holiday.
If you are interested in working during half term and are willing to travel, we may have the option of work for you but half term is also a great opportunity to concentrate on your wellbeing.
We thought we would share with you some wellness tips!
- Start to boost your immune system with Vitamin D, Plenty or water, seasonal vegetables and hand sanitiser
- Take a walk outdoors – Being with nature can work wonders for your mental health
- Do something you enjoy! – This can boost your endorphins
- Do something creative – This can help distract from thoughts of work or stress
