Whether it be a nice cup of strong tea and a biccie, A coffee and some choccie, A big fat hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows or a soothing peppermint or chamomile tea, which are known to aid stress or anxiety.
Whether it’s while having a natter and sharing a problem or taking some well-earned “ you time” it does the trick!
